Fall, which brings cooler weather to our part of the country, also offers us its warm colors. This work was painted with warm orange tones complemented by purplish tones that contrast the whole picture harmoniously. The yellow in the little flowers illuminates the whole thing. I like to paint crazy bouquets that are intriguing and ask us about the obligation to paint reality... the imagination is exploited to the fullest with these disparate and multicoloured shapes here. Leaves picked from my garden and dried were used. The serrated pot provides a sharp and disturbing side to support this bouquet. Hence the title “Scorpion”! This work has been varnished and the sides are painted black. The papers used are Japanese quality papers on quality canvas.
